2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and residential address. 2.4 KYC Verification. z222 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification may require submission of a government-issued identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. z222 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the player relationship. 2.5 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using z222 is lawful in your jurisdiction. z222 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in all locations. 3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z222 login credentials, including your username or registered Pakistani mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. z222 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have not been accessed or used for a continuous period of 12 months are considered inactive. z222 may apply an inactivity administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. Inactive account balances will not be forfeited without prior written notification.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. Players may request permanent closure of their z222 account at any time by contacting z222 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after clearance of any pending wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
3.5 Account Suspension or Closure by z222. z222 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, underage access, failure to complete KYC verification, use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, or any conduct that z222 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform.
4.1 Currency. All z222 account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z222 does not support foreign currency accounts. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player's bank or payment service provider.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or for enhanced security review.
4.7 Bonus Fund Restrictions. Bonus funds credited to your z222 account cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to clearing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable directly to that bonus.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All sports bets placed on z222 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market. It is the player's responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing a bet. z222's displayed rules take precedence over any general industry conventions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is accepted and binding only when z222 confirms receipt and the bet appears in the player's account transaction history. z222 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason. System confirmations displayed before a bet is logged in transaction history do not constitute accepted bets.
5.3 Palpable Errors. z222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error in odds compilation. Bets voided under this provision will have the original stake refunded in full. z222 will not honour winnings attributable to palpably incorrect odds.
5.4 Event Cancellation & Postponement. If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to specific market types — particularly outrights and futures — where separate rules are stated in the relevant market rules.
5.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets on z222 — including PSL cricket, international T20, and other live events — are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of play. Bets submitted during a suspension period will either be declined or held pending market reinstatement at z222's discretion. In-play odds reflect z222's assessment of the live event state and may differ from other sources.
5.6 Maximum Winnings. z222 applies maximum winnings limits per bet, per day, and per event as indicated in the relevant sports rules section. Winnings in excess of these limits will not be paid. It is the player's responsibility to verify applicable limits before placing large-stake bets.
6.1 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino and slot games offered on z222 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. RNG integrity is independently tested and certified by approved testing laboratories. If a promotion is cancelled after opt-in, any bonus funds already credited and partially wagered will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No compensation is payable for the cancellation of a promotion that has not yet been credited.
Players are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the z222 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond z222's reasonable control may result in platform unavailability.
10.3 z222's total aggregate liability to any player under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their z222 account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by z222's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
z222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using z222, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
z222 may be required to disclose player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where required by law or in fulfilment of obligations under its international gaming licence. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of z222's privacy obligations to the player.
